    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on today’s agenda. The Council will hear items without return comment or discussion. Testimony regarding matters not on the agenda will not be considered part of the administrative record.

  4. South End Living Shorelines Project (Information Item)
    Gulf of the Farallones agency representatives to present an overview of the South End Living Shorelines project.
  5. Moorings in Bolinas Lagoon Discussion (Information Item)
    Discussion of boat moorings issues and opportunity for improvements to existing moorings in Bolinas Lagoon
  6. Recommendation letter to Board regarding Motorized Craft Restriction (Action Item)
    Discussion of existing restrictions on motorized vehicle use in the Lagoon and potential new or revised restrictions on future motorized vehicle use. Recommendation: Convene a subcommittee to draft letter to the Marin County Open Space Board of Directors recommending revised restrictions to motorized vehicle use in Bolinas Lagoon. .

  7. Letter of Support for College of Marin Lab (Information Item)
    Status update from Committee members who volunteered to write letter of support for College of Marin Lab at May 3, 2019 meeting (Lynne Stetzel, Joe Muller and Ralph Camaccia).

    Agency members may report on agency activities that have taken place since the previous BLAC meeting that do not appear on the agenda. Council cannot discuss or take action on these items. .
