- 10:30 a.m. Call to Order
The Chairperson of the Bolinas Lagoon Advisory Council will call the meeting to order.
Note: This meeting will convene at Winnebago Point pullout on Shoreline Hwy (CA-1), on the east side of Bolinas Lagoon and approximately 0.6 miles south of the Bolinas Wye intersection of Shoreline Hwy (CA-1) and Bolinas – Fairfax Road. The field trip portion of the meeting will depart via shuttle after the Public Comment item has been completed.

10:31 a.m. Public Comment
Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Bolinas Lagoon Advisory Council Agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Council, under the Brown Act advisory council members may not discuss, deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.)
- 10:35 a.m. - Tour of Bolinas Wye Project
This will be an in-person tour of the Bolinas Lagoon Wye Wetlands to discuss the wetland restoration and sea level rise adaptation components of the Bolinas Lagoon Wye Wetlands Resiliency Project. Due to site constraints at the Bolinas Wye, we will meet at Winnebago Point and take shuttle tours around the Wye. Any comments on the draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration that is out for public comment can be submitted online at https://marincounty.jotform.com/jfparks/ismnd-public-comments-wyewetlands. The comment date ends on August 8th.
