    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on today’s agenda. The Advisory Board will hear items without return comment or discussion. Testimony regarding matters not on the agenda will not be considered part of the administrative record.

  5. Update on Current CSA 18 and Park Department Activities (Information Item)
    Park staff will update Advisory Board members on the status of Adrian Rosal improvements, Little Free Library at Candy’s Park, and other current fiscal year projects, maintenance activities, and other department information of interest to Board members.
  6. Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Budget and Fiscal Year 2019-2020 Budget Review (Action Item)
    Park staff will present an update on funding information as related to CSA 18. Advisory Board members will review and recommend any changes to the current budget and budget for the next fiscal year. Recommendation: Approve budget and projects per discussion.

  7. LAFCO MSR Process and CSA 18 Boundary Review (Action Item)
    Advisory Board members will explore recommended changes to existing CSA 18 boundary and select 2-3 options for LAFCO consideration. Recommendation: Approve options for LAFCO reivew.

  8. Advisory Board Member Comments (Information Item)
    Advisory Board members may speak about items of interest to the council that do not appear on the agenda. No discussion or action can take place on items mentioned during this time.
Next Meeting: September 24, 2019 at 5:30pm 
CSA 18 shall hold its regular meetings twice a year, generally during the months of February and September. All meetings shall be properly noticed and time shall be provided for public comment at each meeting.
