Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Commission's/Committee's agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Board, under the Brown Act, Board members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.)
- Election of Officers for CSA 20 Board (Action Item)
CSA 20 members will elect a Chair, Vice Chair, and Secretary. New officers begin serving at the first CSA 20 meeting held in 2017.
Recommended action: Elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2017.
- Approve Minutes for Regular Meeting Held April 11, 2016 (Action Item)
Recommendation: Approve.
