  2. Public Comment
    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on the Commission’s/Committee’s agenda. (While members of the public are welcome to address the Board, under the Brown Act Board members may not deliberate or take action on items not on the agenda, and generally may only listen.).
  3. Approve Minutes for the Regular Meeting Held Saturday, March 11, 2017 (Action Item)

  4. Update on CSA 33 Activities (Information Item)
    Parks staff will provide an update and discuss with advisory board members the status of current fiscal year projects, CSA maintenance activities and other information of interest to CSA 33.
  5. Village Green Facilities (Action Item)
    Board members and Park staff will review progress of work on specific Village Green park facilities: Advisory board members will discuss specific features related to Village Green parks, including lighting in trees and park bench termite issues. Recommendation: Approve recommendations per Board discussion.
  6. Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Budget Update (Action Item)
    Park staff will present an update on funding information as related to CSA 33. Advisory Board members will review and consider changes for this fiscal year.
    Recommendation: Approve budget changes per Board discussion
  7. Election of Officers for 2018 (Action Item)
    Per CSA 33 bylaws: No officer may serve in the same capacity for more than two consecutive years.
    Recommended action: Elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Secretary for 2018
  8. Advisory Board Member Comments (Information Item)
    Advisory Board members may speak about items of interest to the council that do not appear on the agenda. No discussion or action can take place on items mentioned during this time.

    CSA 33 BYLAWS
    ARTICLE V: Meetings
    CSA 33 shall hold meetings twice a year, generally during the second week of March and October. All meetings shall be properly noticed and time shall be provided for public comment at each meeting.
