    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on today's agenda. Commissioners will hear items without return comment or discussion. Testimony regarding matters not on the agenda will not be considered part of the administrative record.
  3. Approve Minutes for Meeting Held on October 28, 2016  (Action Item)

  4. Election of Officers for 2016 (Action Item)
    The Ad Hoc committee (Winslow/O’Leary/Crain) that was established at the October 28, 2016 meeting will report back on its recommended slate of officers. Additional candidates may be suggested at the time of this item. Commissioners will elect a Chair, Vice-Chair, and 2nd Vice Chair for 2017.

  5. Adoption of Marin County IPM Achievement Award Criteria (Action Item)
    Commissioners will review and act on the IPM Achievement award criteria that was discussed at the October 2016 Commission meeting. Recommendation: Approve per discussion.

  6. Selection of 2016 Marin County IPM Award (Action Item)
    The commission will hear a recommendation on who shall receive the IPM award from the ad-hoc committee created at the last commission meeting in October (Sherman/Novy). The commission shall discuss and formally vote to award the 2016 Marin County IPM Award. The award recipient(s) will be invited to receive the award in front of the Board of Supervisors at a future meeting.

  7. IPM Coordinator's 2016 Fourth Quarter Report (Information Item)
    Staff will present an IPM program report for the 4th quarter of 2016. Topics will include summary of product use, violations and exemptions issued and alternative IPM efforts associated with the County’s IPM program.

  8. 2016 Annual IPM Coordinators Report and 2017 Allowed Products list (Action Item)
    Staff will present highlights from the 2016 Annual IPM Coordinators report and review the 2017 Allowed Products list in compliance with the County IPM Ordinance. The 2017 Proposed Allowed list was discussed at length during the October commission meeting and suggested edits from the meeting have been incorporated to this list. Recommendation: Approve.

  9. Commission Member Comments (Information Item)
    Commission members may briefly speak about items of interest to the commission that does not appear on the agenda. Commissioners cannot discuss or take action on these items.
