  2. Public Comment Time
    Open time for public expression, up to three minutes per speaker, on items not on today's agenda. Commissioners will hear items without return comment or discussion. Testimony regarding matters not on the agenda will not be considered part of the administrative record.
  3. Approve Minutes for Meeting Held on October 23, 2015  (Action Item)

  4. Election of Officers for 2016 (Action Item)
    The Ad Hoc committee that was established at the October 23, 2015 meeting will report back on its recommended slate of officers. Additional candidates may be suggested at the time of this item. Commissioners will elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and 2nd Vice Chair for 2016. Recommendation: Approve per discussion
  5. IPM Coordinator's 2015 Fourth Quarter Report (Information Item)
    Staff will present an IPM program report for the fourth quarter of 2015. Topics will include summary of product use, violations and exemptions issued, and alternative IPM efforts associated with the County's IPM program.

  6. 2015 Annual IPM Coordinators Report and 2016 Allowed Products list (Action Item)
    Staff will present highlights from the 2015 Annual IPM Coordinators report and review the 2016 Allowed Products list in compliance with the County IPM Ordinance. The 2016 Proposed Allowed list was discussed at length during the October commission meeting and suggested edits from the meeting have been incorporated to this list. Recommendation: Approve

  7. Review and provide input on the Commission's FY 2016-18 Biennial Report (Action Item)
    Commission members will review and provide feedback on the draft annual report and work plan. Recommendation: Approve per discussion

  8. Commission Member Comments (Information Item)
    Commission members may briefly speak about items of interest to the council that do not appear on the agenda. Commissioners cannot discuss or take action of these items.
